Pork Tacos

I don’t normally share recipes but this one is too good not to pass on. It’s something I came up with when Kroger had pork roast on sale and I stocked up.

You only need 3 ingredients for this recipe.

Boneless pork loin roast- I used 2.3 pounds
Pace garlic and lime verde
Green chiles diced (canned)

Add everything into the crockpot and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Shred the pork about 30 minutes before serving. Right before serving I pour everything into a strainer. Its super juicy and its easier to eat on tacos if you drain it.

I serve on corn tortillas and I like topping mine with candied jalapenos. This is one of our favorite recipes.
